Running in the rain can be an invigorating experience if you're prepared. Here are some key tips to help you enjoy your run despite the wet conditions:
Gear Up for Rain: Wear a lightweight, water-resistant jacket that's breathable to prevent overheating. Opt for moisture-wicking clothing to keep sweat at bay, and use a hat with a brim or visor to shield your face from raindrops.
