Working with Jen Davis has been something that’s helped me significantly over my high school running career, and is still benefiting me today. During my early years of high school, I was plagued with running injuries to a point where every week some new muscle would hurt. When I started going to physical therapy sessions with Jen, we were able to pin down the causes of my injuries, and work on these weaknesses. After each session, I would leave feeling better than before, and with more understanding of what I needed to do to get better. Now that I am running on a collegiate level, I have been working harder than ever before. Having Jen guide me over the years on how to stay healthy, I have been able to find success at this new level of running without fear of injury. And while running injuries can be inevitable at times, because of Jen, I know how to get over them and come back stronger than ever.

Battling plantar fasciitis for almost a year had left me feeling hopeless and fearing that I would never run pain free again. I had seen two different PT’s with no success until I was referred to Jen. Upon seeing Jen I began to see results within the first month and now I feel like a whole new runner (and person).
Jen has the knowledge and passion to help anyone be the best runner they can be. Beyond treating my plantar fasciitis Jen helped find other areas on my body that could be strengthened to avoid future injuries and to give me the strength that has helped me reach new levels with my running.
I would recommend Jen to anyone and everyone!

Being an ultra marathon runner, there is a lot of strain on my legs. It took about couple months of painful practices and frustration to finally do something about it, but when I went to my first appointment about two years ago now, Dr. Jen Davis knew exactly what to do.
I was referred to see Jen while I had a stubborn case of shin splints. Jen went above and beyond when it came to my recovery process. After a strength evaluation, she found the root of the problem to be coming from my hips. While treating my shin pain, Jen taught me new exercises that would both fix my weaknesses and prevent any future problems from happening. Thanks to working with Jen, I have become a stronger and more confident runner. With her knowledge of treatment and running specific training, I know I can reach my full potential as a runner and rely on her whenever I have any problems come about.
I recommend seeing Jen for any issue, as she is passionate about what she does and sets her priorities on the healing and well being of her patients. Thank you Jen!

After a very frustrating 7-8 months & 3 physical therapists, 2 chiropractors, 2 sports medicine doctors doing orthopedic manipulation, multiple massage therapists & rest on my part, Jen was able to knock my lingering high hamstring injury out of the park with very specific exercises and manual therapy!!

Being a runner for several decades and sustaining my share of injuries over the years, I thought my running days were over three years ago when hip and back problems finally caught up with me. I participated in the traditional rounds of physical therapy, deep massage, yoga, and acupuncture. All of these procedures helped get me out of the pain loop but I still couldn’t run.

Thank you Jen Davis in helping me fulfill a longtime goal of running a marathon! I would not have been able to complete this feat if it were not for Jen Davis and the expert advice, manual therapy procedures, exercise, training and rehabilitation. The manual therapy and following a daily regiment of exercises was a key in my recovery. Retraining old thinking and implementing a new set of plans, are easier said than done.Through those procedures, plan and constant encouragement I’m able to run pain free today. This is nothing short of a miracle.

It is so great to hear you say that my form is great - that has NEVER been the case for me and it's all because of the work we did together in PT! You are so incredibly good at what you do, and I am so glad that I started seeing you. I never would have been able to run a marathon without you, and I'm sure that my long term health has been drastically changed for the better because of all the things you noticed and helped me correct about my form, balance, posture etc. THANK YOU!

As an experienced running specialist & personal trainer for 30 years & a cancer survivor, finding a physical therapist that understood my lifestyle as well as one who was highly qualified, was challenging. That's why after meeting Jen several years ago, & learning about her positive connections to the running & wellness community & ultimately needing treatment to keep me able to live the super fit life I care so much about, was kismet.
